Art in the landscape - crocus carpet

This image is a digitally generated representation of an installation concept in which crocus flowers are arranged in a garden or landscape location, with the crocuses arranged to interact with the landscape. This version is set in a garden in Zennor, Cornwall.
On closer inspection the crocus flowers are revealed to be not quite what they seem, as can be seen in the next image, which shows a small scale, plinth-top version of this work that was created in 1995.
